UNIBUILD series is designed
for a heavy duty storage
system (up to 37000 daN/frame)
and up to 13500 mm of height.
It is available in four
different options, depending
of load capacity (UB 150,
UB 180, UB 220, UB 300).
The structural components
are made of high tensile
steel, certified according
to EN 10204 3.1B.
The beams are profiled sections
with quadruple flange thickness
at points of maximum stress
for high loading capabiity.
The welded beam connectors
have five anchor points,
three of them operating
in tension and 2 in compression.
The connection between beam
and upright is made via
tapered slots in the upright
section, providing an improved
connection with increased
load.
The frames are made from
prime quality, certified,
high tensile hot dipped
galvanised steel - procedure
SENDZIMIR.
The beams are painted yellow
RAL 1004 or by Client's
request.
